This advanced course will integrate some of the basics of Dutch oven cooking with more advanced skills as you learn how to prepare more technical recipes. You will need to bring your own Dutch oven to participate.

We are delighted to announce that author Eric Jay Dolin will be at the Museum to discuss his new book on August 11, 2010, at Noon in the Hagar Auditorium. Dolin's book will be available for purchase at the Museum Store, and a book signing will follow the lecture.
