To make your visit a memorable one, we ask that you provide us some general information about your school group and about your visit preferences. The Group Visit Request form should be completed at least three weeks prior to your Museum trip. We understand that visitors to the Museum have diverse interests and needs, so we offer a menu of opportunities to each group. These choices include a variety of group tours and a Planetarium show. These options are noted on the Group Visit Request form.

Please note that we must have at least 3 weeks notice to book a guided tour in the Museum. This allows us to match desired tour dates and times with Museum docents. On the Group Visit Request form, you are asked to select an alternate tour date and time. This enables us to process your request more quickly if your initial choice cannot be accommodated by our docent tour schedule.
